Payments to CAWNY can be made by the following methods:
Cash / Checks
- Made directly through CAWNY’s Main office
Debit/Credit Card/PayPal
- Payments can be made online or at our main office. Prior to making a payment, please add a 3% processing fee to your total, otherwise, your applied payment will be reduced by 3%.
Zelle
- We cannot accept Zelle payments via cell number or email.
- However, we can accept Zelle payments via bank account number (contact the business office for information) and there’s no fee!
Direct Deposit – Contact our business office for banking information.
- Use our bank information below to set up this with your employer or directly through your bank account.
Registration and tuition payments are non-refundable, whether the student(s) voluntarily withdraws or is asked to leave by the school.
Under current laws, tuition is not tax-deductible.
Tuition Payments / Late Payment Fees
Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Payments received on the 1st of the following month, or after, are considered late and a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account.
NOTE: If school is closed on the last day of the month, it is your responsibility to get payment to the school prior to such closure. The late fee will not be waived, unless it was an unpredictable closing, such as a Snow Day.
