The CAWNY Eagles approach is “To get better every day at this game, while also becoming a person of integrity.”

Sports are said by some to create character in an individual, but according to Coach John Wooden, “sports do not build character, they reveal it.”  While all sports are competitive, and things like winning, experience and talent do play a role, it should not be at the expense of building Christian character.  We can truly be God's ambassadors in our world of sports, and our characters have a tremendous influence on those around us.

Each player's relationship with the Lord is our primary goal, but we believe each player's academic status is of greater importance than his participation in sports.

Teams should strive to reach their fullest potential in all areas of competition.  Players participating in athletics, as well as their coaches, are expected to demonstrate a Christian respect for all coaches, referees, and opposing teams, and their fans are to be treated as honored guests.

We participate in the NFCAA league (Niagara Frontier Christian Athletic Association.)  Our league follows the NFCAA rules and regulations.
