Application for Tuition Assistance for the 2023-24 School Year

Before you begin, please be sure that either:

your 2022 Federal tax information (filed in 2023) is scanned and ready to be emailed to Mrs. Meyers after your completion of this application (SMeyers@CAWNY.com). 

OR, that you have copies ready to mail (or bring in) to the Business Office (Mrs. Sandy Meyers, Christian Academy of Western New York, 789 Gilmore Avenue, North Tonawanda, New York  14120).

RETURNING K-8th Grade FAMILIES - Remember, you will also be required to provide a copy of the email from Bison Fund confirming that you applied for tuition assistance from them earlier this year.

Applications will not be processed until both the application and the tax information are received by Mrs. Meyers. 

Returning Families

Remember, the deadline for both submissions is May 31, 2023.  Applications (or tax information) received on June 1, 2023 or later will require a $250 application fee.  (A postmark of May 31 or before is fine.)

Please understand that we are a Christ-centered, non-denominational school that is funded almost entirely on tuition from our CAWNY families.  We are not supported by any church or denomination.

We ask that you prayerfully review your monthly budget.  In the space below, please write the MONTHLY amount that you feel your family could afford to pay in tuition.

If, after all your information is reviewed, your family does not qualify for tuition assistance and you feel that your family has a financial strain or burden due to extenuating circumstances specific to your family, the School Board will gladly meet with you to determine if assistance can be given.
