Have a safe and fun summer vacation!!
CAWNY offers a unique experience for all students, Pre-K through 12th grade. The school day begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 2:40 PM. Along with the regular classes, students participate in gym, art, technology and music as well as many other electives. Students also take part in a variety of activities such as grub days, (dress down days where money is raised for different missions groups), HS and middle school camps, Christmas Cupboard, Speech meet, Academic Day, Science Fair, Mother's Day plant sale, Talent Show with family Pizza Night, Student Council, National Honor Society, Skating Parties, HS Winter Ball and Prom, Spirit Week, International Day, Spelling Bee, Field days, Field trips, fundraising, various sports with Sports Banquet and so much more.
There are opportunities for personal and spiritual growth as we strive to meet the needs of the whole student. We hope that you are prayerful about the gifts and talents that God has placed in you and how they can be used for His Glory and to benefit those around you.
We have enjoyed a great year catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Our school continues to be strengthened by our teachers and families as they have exemplified this verse: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me". Continue to read throughout the summer months.We will see you back on August 24, for our back to school night. This will be a great time to bring in your school supplies, buy uniforms and gym clothes, meet with your teachers, see your friends and enjoy a cool treat.
